Italian School: Cannabis 'Amazing Ingredient' for Cooking

The Web site UPI.com is reporting that officials at the Italian Flavor University in Perugia, Italy have recommended Cannabis Sativa as an "amazing ingredient" for cooking.

Apparently the school has claimed that Cannabis Sativa only has 'trace amounts' of THC and doesn't get you high, possibly confusing it with Industrial Hemp, which is something completely different.

The school said hemp has a taste similar to hazelnut and is most commonly used in the form of flour, but the leaves, seeds and oil can also be used to "add a twist" to recipes.
